About Me

Hi, I’m Kirsty, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a degree in Sports Therapy and a real passion for helping people feel and perform their best.
My journey into the world of health and recovery began over a decade ago, and I’ve since built up extensive experience working across the sports industry. Along the way, I’ve gained a wide range of qualifications, including First Aid, Swimming Teaching, Lifeguarding, and Fitness Instruction. Each of these has given me a broader and more holistic understanding of how the body works, how it recovers, and how we can support it through every stage of training, performance, and everyday life.
What drew me to sports massage in particular is its powerful role in both recovery and injury prevention. Whether you're a dedicated athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone simply managing the wear and tear of daily life, I believe recovery should never be an afterthought—it should be part of the process. For me, sports massage isn’t just about easing tight muscles (though that’s always a bonus!); it’s about giving your body the support it needs to move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
I take pride in creating a space where you can switch off, tune into your body, and take your recovery seriously—without it ever feeling clinical or intimidating. I’m here to listen, work with your individual needs, and help you keep doing the things you love, pain-free and with confidence.
Whether you’re looking for regular maintenance, support through injury, or just a reset after a tough week, I’d love to help you feel your best.
I believe in not just treating the symptoms, but addressing the root cause - so you can get back to doing what you love, stronger and more resilient.
