About Me

Hi, I’m Kirsty, a qualified Sport Therapist with a degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy and a real passion for helping people feel and perform their best.
My journey into the world of health and recovery began over a decade ago, and I’ve since built up extensive experience working across the sports industry.
I know first hand how frustrating it is to train hard, love movement, and still feel held back by injuries that just won't resolve. Living with hyper mobility has meant navigating recurring setbacks, instability, and the mental challenge of not being able to do what I love at full capacity. Through my own recovery journey, I've spent time researching, learning, and applying evidence-based strategies to rebuild strength, improve control, and truly understand how the body heals. That experience doesn't just shape my knowledge, it shapes my empathy. I understand the physical and emotional hurdles of recovery, and I want to spread this knowledge to help others understand their body and its needs
What drew me to sports massage in particular is its powerful role in both recovery and injury prevention. Whether you're a dedicated athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone simply managing the wear and tear of daily life, I believe recovery should never be an afterthought—it should be part of the process. For me, recovery isn’t just about easing tight muscles (though that’s always a bonus!); it’s about giving your body the support it needs to move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
I take pride in creating a space where you can switch off, tune into your body, and take your recovery seriously—without it ever feeling clinical or intimidating. I’m here to listen, work with your individual needs, and help you keep doing the things you love, pain-free and with confidence.
Whether you’re looking for regular maintenance, support through injury, or just a reset after a tough week, I’d love to help you feel your best.
I believe in not just treating the symptoms, but addressing the root cause.
